I popped into the shop just as an inquiry really. Following a chat with the two guys they tailored the PC to my needs and wants which to me was excellent. I was that impressed with them and the fab price I ordered the PC. However I needed it asap and bless em.. they got it done within a couple of days, and got it ready for me by closing time a day earlier than expected. It runs fantastic and I am extremely pleased with it. A big thanks to you guys there and keep up the fantastic customer service.. it means a lot when you put the time and effort in to help us customers. But appropriate advice was given to either contact manufacturer or replace laptop that would meet my requirements. Decided to replace with a brand new aver laptop that is still running smoothly and a very competitive price.
