How it works:

Step 1: Fill out our enquiry form on the Contact Us page, including details of your laptop make / model and description of damage.

Step 2: We will contact you with a free, no obligation quotation which includes parts, labour and delivery / collection costs. The price we quote is the price you pay.

Step 3: If you are happy with the quotation, we will book your job in and take payment using debit / credit card, Cheque, BACS or paypal.

Step 4: Our courier will come and collect your laptop and provide you with a collection receipt.

Step 5: Within 7 Days your laptop will be returned by our courier in perfect working order with a 12 month warranty on the screen and fitting of the screen.
